Returns & Exchanges

At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for both online and in-store orders. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or carrier specified on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
